Firstly, thank you so much for your continued loyalty and support. As a small business it means the world.

The outbreak of COVID-19 has affected every single one of us in one way or another, hasn’t it.

It is early days for us all, but as a family owned company with an incredibly close knit team, we want to let you know that we are fully committed to supporting our whole team, as we all do our best to navigate through this trying time together.

As an online business we’re very fortunate that for the moment we’re able - and are being encouraged - to continue operating. We have our own warehouse in Derbyshire, and we have put stringent safety measures in place to ensure the well-being of our team.

This not only includes staying completely safe at work but that all of our products will be delivered safely.

As a result, there may be a slight delay in dispatching your order.

We will continue to use the fastest delivery methods possible, and as always, once your order has left our warehouse, you will be kept up to date with accurate delivery information. Deliveries can also be made without contact to your chosen safe place.

Please rest assured that during this time, our wonderful customer care team remain available during our usual office hours (9am-5.30pm, Monday-Friday) to answer any queries you may have, and provide updates when needed, so please don't hesitate to get in touch if there is anything at all that we can do to help.
